Technicalities have been rolling out VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) phone systems for many years. We have put in place a direct connection with AAPT, providing our customers with a dedicated, private network connection between their premises and AAPT’s data centre.

This allows for better security, improved reliability, reduced network congestion, and most importantly, better call quality.
